Journey

An engineer by training turned executive and entrepreneur, I built my career by steadily widening my scope of decision: from technology to operations, then to business, strategy and leadership.

1. Oct 2013 – present Yverdon-les-Bains & Avry-sur-Matran

   VapeShop Sàrl

   Founder & Managing Director

   Started alongside SwissTV and grown into a profitable multi-site business combining two physical stores and an e-commerce operation.

   • –General management: strategy, P&L, finance, HR, sales operations, legal, regulatory compliance and marketing.
   • –Information systems: designed and run an integrated platform covering e-commerce, POS, orders, inventory, suppliers, scheduling, HR and finance.
   • –Transformation & AI: automation and AI-based solutions across admin processes, product data and customer operations.
   • –Steering: deciding which initiatives to build, deploy, consolidate or stop, based on adoption and value created.
2. Jun 2025 – present Switzerland

   FlowCorp

   Founder

   Advisory and technology development for SMEs, at the intersection of strategy, digital transformation and applied AI.

   • –Strategic and operational diagnostics, decision support and executive coaching.
   • –Design and delivery of AI-augmented software, automation and custom integrations.
3. Oct 2014 – Apr 2016 Geneva

   SwissTV SA

   Chief Information Officer

   Promoted to CIO during a structural reorganisation and joined the management team, responsible for IT operations and technology partnerships.

   • –Represented technology in management decisions and in discussions with telecom operators, studios and infrastructure partners.
   • –Co-led the Smart TV / HbbTV roadmap to bring video on demand to connected TVs.
   • –Infrastructure partnerships, vendor negotiations, CDN and streaming relationships; oversight of multi-DRM platforms.
4. Oct 2010 – Oct 2014 Geneva

   SwissTV SA

   Head of IT Infrastructure

   Led the infrastructure team and the technical foundations behind SwissTV’s VOD platforms and B2B services.

   • –High-availability, multi-site IT infrastructure; on-the-fly fragmentation and encryption pipelines.
   • –Adaptive and multi-DRM streaming: PlayReady, Widevine, Nagra and HLS.
   • –B2B VOD platforms for several Swiss cable operators; coordination of internal teams, contractors and partners.
5. Sep 2009 – Oct 2010 Geneva

   Deutsche Bank

   Systems & Release Management, Private Wealth Management

   • –First role after graduating in software engineering: planning and coordinating production releases on the core banking system and its satellite systems.
   • –Cross-functional work with IT, front office, finance, compliance and operations during a major migration programme.
